Paul has successfully delivered extensive digital marketing planning for Canterbury Christ Church University to help them deliver better marketing messages that generate impact among potential students and that drive increased undergraduate applications.

Leading a small, digital marketing team tasked with analysing student’s user journeys through both the University’s website and Facebook and Twitter, Paul produced and presented a far-reaching report to the senior academic teams at the University and this led to a substantial investment into the wholesale re-design and development of the University’s website and its CMS to better incorporate social media activities and improved workflows between content authors and editors.

Since 2012, this improved website and social media marketing has supported a 7% increase in full time student applications.
