Requiring a brand new web experience for their customers, Quantex approached Paul to lead the development project for their new website, a portal that would exude professionalism and encourage sales enquiries through strategic calls-to-action during each website visit.
Paul project managed all phases of site design, build and testing, which included audience research (Google Analytics), on-site client discovery sessions – used to map user journeys – and search analytics for optimisation (SEMRush and Moz) to conceptual UX design and testing (Adobe XD, BrowserStack) and template development and CMS installation (Theme Fusion and WordPress).
Compared to their previous website, Quantex’s new portal has enjoyed over 150% more visitor traffic in the first 3 months of its launch. User engagement has also rocketed with a super-low bounce rate of just 29% (UK visitors) compared to the sector average of 65% (Google Benchmark), and this vastly improved digital marketing performance is driving new corporate sales enquiries.
